Dr Mathew Rogers joined Medichecks as a reporting doctor in April 2021. His love for supporting people in their journey to improve their health and wellbeing attracted him to the role.

Since joining the reporting team, Mathew says it’s the positive reviews from customers, where his advice has had a positive impact on their lives, that means the world to him.

Mathew studied medical pharmacology and medicine at Cardiff University. Outside of Medichecks, Mathew is a GP at a surgery in Wales where enjoys building a rapport with patients and their families, and he specialises in family medicine.

We asked Mathew what he thinks of Medichecks so far.

“I’ve found Medichecks to be fast, reliable and professional. The support from our medical team has been fantastic and we work really closely with the customer service team. Together, we’re able to provide useful clinical information that can ultimately improve our customer's quality of life.

“I’d say that it’s Medichecks’ ability to be both friendly and professional that makes it stand out - and I can only see home blood testing growing in supporting our general practitioners in the community. I would love to see everyone taking a step to improve their longevity and quality of life by using this service.

“In my spare time, you’ll probably find me walking the dog or spending time with my family – and sometimes both of those things together!”
