Once we’ve confirmed your order the nurse service within your area will get in touch to arrange a suitable date and time. Please allow 2 working days to hear from them.

After we've processed your order we will email you with any special instructions about when to take your test – e.g. some tests must be taken in the morning. Please read these carefully before booking an appointment.

We will send you everything the qualified nurse needs to collect your sample.

Check that the nurse taking your sample completes and attaches the time and date labels to your sample tubes.

The nurse will send your sample to the laboratory for you.

Please make a note of the Royal Mail tracking number so that you can track your sample. You can find this number under the barcode on the postage sticker inside your kit. Click here to track your item on the Royal Mail website.
