Medichecks acquires My Menopause Centre to expand specialist hormone health services for women

Medichecks, a leading provider of digital diagnostic and clinical services, has acquired My Menopause Centre, the specialist menopause health platform and clinic co-founded in 2021 by Helen Normoyle and Dr Clare Spencer.
The acquisition marks a significant step in Medichecks’ expansion into clinical services and builds on its earlier acquisition of Leger Clinic, creating a fully rounded hormone health offering for both women and men across the UK.
Together, Medichecks and My Menopause Centre combine deep digital capability, robust clinical governance and a shared commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care. The acquisition further enhances Medichecks’ ability to deliver integrated testing, diagnosis and ongoing clinical support at scale.
The combined group is well positioned for significant growth in specialist hormone health services, supporting patients across the UK with accessible, high-quality clinical care throughout every stage of their hormone health journey.
