A new study published in the British Medical Journal has shown that over a third of adults in the UK have borderline diabetes.

This is an extremely rapid rise over recent years and doctors are recommending that everyone should consider being tested. Although many people associate diabetes with the symptoms of tiredness, feeling thirsty and urinating a lot, most people with pre-diabetes will have no idea they may have it.
