- Payment
Payment must be received in full prior to
the shipping of any sample taking equipment or Home Test Kits.
All prices are 'Total'. This means that there
are no additional costs. They include phlebotomy fees (where applicable)
and shipping by first class post within the UK. Orders sent outside the
UK may be subject to addtional shipping charges.
Methods of payment are: MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro, money orders and
cheques. Cheques must be made payable to MediChecks World Wide Ltd. and
contain the necessary cheque guarantee card information on the reverse.
- Shipping
After your payment has been processed we
will forward you the necessary sample taking equipment / Home Test Kit needed.
This should be delivered within 3 working days depending on stock and availability
in the case of Home Test Kits. Note that some orders may not require
a sample / test kit to be sent. For group orders and Corporate Health Screening
a lead time of upto 14 working days maybe required.
- Refund
If you change your mind after placing an
order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the
Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your
name and address details, as well as your order number and reason for the
cancellation to cancel your order.
Orders cancelled after shipping will be subject to a cancellation charge
of £25 per person.
Please understand that we will not accept a return on an order where the
sample taking kit has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts.
We aim to refund customers within 7 working days of receiving the sample
taking kit back at our offices. Once processed, refunds will be transferred
back to the original credit card / debit card or sent via cheque.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
- Receipt
Your order receipt will be enclosed with
your sample kit and medical forms or to the company contact in the case
of Corporate Health Screening.
