How to Order
We accept orders via our website or by telephone.
Note that for international orders, some tests and services
may not be available.
Placing an order via our secure website

Once you have chosen the tests, go to the checkout section
and complete the order form and payment form.

After you have submitted your order you will receive
an e-mail order confirmation.

Once we have processed your payment we will forward to
you your receipt and Sample Taking Kit. If your test requires a blood sample
then we will include in the sample kit the contact details of a qualified
person in your locality who will take your blood samples, at no further
cost to yourself. You will need to make a convenient appointment to have
the samples taken. None blood samples can be taken by carefully following
the accompanying instructions. We aim to process orders within 1 working
day and dispatch all correspondence and kits by first class post. Please
allow 3 working days for your order to arrive.

Before you post any samples, please ensure that you
have completed and returned to us the Medical History Form enclosed within
the pack. Note that we will not release any results until we have receipt
of this.

After your samples have been taken you must mail them
to our laboratory using the envelope provided. Due to the unreliability
of standard mail, we would strongly advise that you post the blood samples
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery ensuring that they arrive
at the laboratory the following day.

Most results are normally available 24hrs after arriving
at the laboratory. For certain tests this time may be longer. Turn around
times are indicated on the test pages. Please use these as a guide only.

A Nurse Advisor will contact you as soon as the results
are available (unless you specify otherwise on the Medical History Form).
Results and reports may also be sent by email and uploaded on to our secure
servers for faster access.
We will provide you with a fully detailed Laboratory report on each test
carried out. Any test results that are outside the normal range will be marked
with an asterisk (*). For all health screening tests a Lifestyle and Health
report, based on your results and Medical History Form, will be enclosed.
If there are any abnormal results discovered, we will
strongly recommend that you consult your GP / Doctor for further advice.
We will store your sample for one month at our laboratory. Should you require
any further tests we may be able to arrange this via a quick call to the
laboratory.
All information and results are treated with the strictest confidence, in
line with the highest standards of Medical Ethics and The Data Protection
Act. Personal information will never be divulged to any third party (including
your Doctor) without your prior written consent.
